Sessions run for 60 or 90 minutes and take place in my therapy rooms in Brookfield, Margaret River or via secure online counselling through Zoom or WhatsApp across South West WA and Australia. In our work together, we’ll focus on practical tools, new ways of seeing, and reworking historic patterns, beliefs and triggers to create meaningful and lasting change.
