When to Consider Relationship Counselling

Relationship counselling gives couples the tools to manage conflict and deepen connection. My approach blends mindfulness, heart-centred counselling and evidence-based therapy so both partners feel heard, respected, and supported.

How Relationship Therapy Works at Seva Counselling

Sessions run for 60 or 90 minutes and take place at my practice in Margaret River. For those outside the region, I also offer secure online counselling across South West WA and Australia via Zoom or WhatsApp. In our sessions, we’ll explore practical strategies as well as investigate deeper emotional patterns to create positive, lasting change.

Frequently Asked Questions About
Relationship Counselling in Margaret River

If you and your partner feel stuck in repetitive arguments, struggle to communicate openly, or want to strengthen your connection, couples counselling or relationship therapy can help you build healthier patterns.

It’s common for one partner to feel unsure. Sometimes beginning individually can bring clarity and shift the dynamic, which may encourage your partner to join later. Every couple’s situation is different. Some notice changes after just a few sessions, while others value longer-term counselling to strengthen skills and deepen their relationship.

Yes. Alongside in-person sessions in Margaret River, I provide secure online therapy for couples across South West WA and anywhere in Australia or even overseas for that matter. For more information, please check here.

Not at all. Many couples come to therapy to strengthen an already good relationship, prepare for life changes, or prevent small issues from becoming bigger problems. Many well-functioning couples also seek therapeutic support to deal with lingering, unaddressed historical issues which are affecting present-day happiness and connection.
